These terms
These terms apply to photography sessions booked with Family Frames, run by Cam Harle of 34 Belsize Park, London NW3 4DX. They are here to set expectations clearly on both sides; if anything is unclear, please just ask before booking.
Your session
A session costs £500, whether it takes place in the studio, at your home or outdoors. That includes up to 2 hours of photography, a pre-session consultation to plan the shoot, a personal online gallery, and 10 fully retouched images of your choice, delivered in both colour and black and white.
Booking and payment
Your date is held once booking is confirmed in writing. Payment terms, including any deposit required to secure the date and when the balance falls due, are confirmed with you at the time of booking. Additional images, gallery buyouts, extra time and printed products are optional and charged only if you choose them after seeing your gallery.
Changing or cancelling a session
Life with children is unpredictable. If someone is unwell or something comes up, let us know as early as you can and we will do our best to find a new date that suits you. Outdoor sessions affected by poor weather are rearranged at no extra cost.
Your images
Photographs are selected and edited using professional judgement, in the natural, timeless style shown throughout this website. Your online gallery is usually ready within five working days, and retouching of your chosen images is completed within a similar period. Galleries remain available for an agreed period, so please download and back up your images.
Copyright and how images are used
Copyright in the photographs remains with Family Frames. You receive a personal licence to print, share and enjoy your images as much as you like for personal purposes; commercial use requires separate written agreement. We will not publish photographs of your family anywhere without asking you first and obtaining your written consent, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Care during your session
Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians throughout the session, whether in the studio, at home or outdoors. Please let us know in advance of any allergies, medical needs or access requirements so the session can be planned comfortably around everyone involved.
